Trilocation
[Тэкст даступны толькі на англійскай мове] Trilocation expands the phenomenon of bilocation - the mystical feeling of being in two spaces at the same time (known from many spiritual and religious traditions, for example from the experience accounts of St. Teresa, Hildegard of Bingen or Alister Crowley). Trilocation is a performance telepresence taking place simultaneously in 2 separate physical spaces and a networked webVR space. The movement of the dancer is sonificated in real time as well as modifies the virtual space, changes the geometry and topology of 3d objects and affects physics, light and gravity. The 3d space consists of 3 smoothly changing levels: mathematical, organic and molecular-genetic. Viewers can watch a dance performance with the displayed VR space as well as explore VR space from smartphones, laptops or tablets from anywhere in the world via the website. The dancer's video transmission is embedded in the VR space. Optionally, the dancer can remotely influence physical objects - e.g. acoustic instruments. Performance is a multi-level view of the issue of the presence and translation of spatial and sensory data.
