[Тэкст даступны толькі на англійскай мове] In May 2024, the Mapping Festival celebrates its 20th edition in Geneva. Over the years, it has developed into a major event for the audiovisual, technological and transdisciplinary arts, and has become one of the first festivals of its kind in Europe and the rest of the world. A trailblazer, it has revealed many young artists who have gone on to develop international careers.

We're lucky enough to be working with some fabulous partners: the Comédie de Genève; CERN's new Science Gateway ; the Jardin des Nations and its immersive "Syllepse" tank; and Le Commun, which will host exhibitions and meetings throughout the festival.

We're opening this call for projects without any thematic restrictions, but with details of the specific technical features of each venue. We'd like to take stock of the state of technological creation today, in particular live audiovisual performances, trans-disciplinary (including the performing arts) and immersive, and by questioning the link between art and science.

The five project categories:
- Transdisciplinary performance combining living arts and technology for La Comédie
- A/V artXscience performance for the Science Gateway (CERN)
- Immersive experience or performance for Syllepse (Jardin des Nations)
- Technological/audiovisual installation for the exhibition at Le Commun
- Workshop and masterclass
