Coming from a background in mathematics and physics, his visual work is generally abstract and mathematical yet tied closely to the music that he works with. Coming from a background in mathematics and physics, his visual work is generally abstract and mathematical yet tied closely to the music that he works with. This is sometimes accomplished via analysis of incoming audio signals and at other times by playing one of his applications for a hand held system along with the music so that frequency, amplitude, colors and other parameters can be controlled with the various knobs, buttons, joysticks, etc of the device.

Paris has performed at hundreds of shows including: Blip Festivals, SxSW, PAX and as a resident VJ at Pacha NYC.

His current project is a collaboration with Mary Ann Benedetto.
It is an A/V performance using analog synthesizers, live mixing, and coordinated visuals.
