It is quite simple: Four audio channels (two stereo, RCA or PLUG).
For the video part I need to find a VJ who would work the videos I have. As of today I'm not working with anyone, so the most convenient thing, I think, would be to find someone among the participants.
As for the requirements, a video projector with standard 800x600 resolution would be enough.
